It's completely normal to wonder what coaching actually looks like and how it differs from other modalities. To help you feel confident taking your next step, here's how we define the boundaries of our work together.
Focus · Present & future
We partner together to maximize your personal and professional potential — focusing on self-discovery, growth, and actionable forward movement.
"Where are you now, and how do we co-create the path forward?"
Focus · Past & healing
Designed to diagnose and treat mental health conditions, heal deep emotional trauma, or resolve past dysfunction.
"Why did this happen, and how do we heal the wound?"
Focus · Advice & guidance
A relationship where an expert shares their personal experiences and tells you how to replicate their success.
"Here is how I did it, and here is what you should do."
To give you an idea of our sessions, here are a few ways we might work together. Start anywhere — we'll meet you where you are.
"I'm facing a major shift — empty nest, career change, loss — and I don't know who I am outside of my old role. I need clarity on my next chapter."
"I keep hitting the same walls with my family and colleagues. I want to understand my triggers, set healthy boundaries, and communicate from a place of aligned values."
"On paper, my life looks good, but internally I feel disconnected. I want to do the deep inner work to find out how I can live to be all God created me to be."
As we navigate life's inevitable shifts and relationship challenges, it's easy to feel overwhelmed or lose sight of our direction. I coach from a firm foundation of faith, believing that every transition is an opportunity to uncover the deeper purpose God has for your life.
We don't just focus on what you're doing — we honor the whole person God created you to be. Here, you'll find a safe, Christian, grace-filled space to do the inner work, resolve conflict, and move forward into your next chapter with clarity and peace.
Helping others navigate life's ruts, struggles, and "rumble strips" has been the common thread woven throughout my entire life. My path has taken me through several distinct chapters — each one equipping me with a unique lens to see and support the whole person.
From teaching pre-K and elementary school to serving on a church staff in Next Gen ministry, I've spent years training leaders, planning large events, and equipping others. I'm obsessed with those "ah-ha" moments when clarity finally clicks for someone.
As the former owner of an interior design workroom, I loved fabricating items that brought physical beauty and comfort into people's homes. Today, I use that same creative spirit to help clients design an internal life that feels beautiful and aligned.
For over seven years I served as a Commissioned Minister in Youth and Children's Ministry. Today I serve part-time at a Christian counseling organization that supports pastors and church staff — giving me a deep, empathetic understanding of the unique pressures leaders face.
On a personal note — I've been happily married to my husband, Cory, for 34 years, and together we've raised three incredible adult children. Navigating the beautiful, messy journey of marriage and the transition into the empty-nest phase has given me firsthand experience in what it takes to keep family relationships healthy and thriving through every season. When I'm not coaching, you'll usually find us exploring Florida and the world on outdoor adventures — hiking, biking, traveling, and hanging out with our Miniature Schnauzer, Phoebe.
When you choose to do deep inner work, you deserve to know that your growth is guided by the highest global standards of professionalism and ethics.
My passion for equipping others led me to become a Certified Enneagram Coach (Type 2w3), giving me a powerful framework for understanding human behavior and relationship dynamics. To elevate my practice further, I'm developing my skills with the Professional Christian Coaching Institute (PCCI) as I finalize my ICF ACC (Associate Certified Coach) credential.
I adhere strictly to the International Coaching Federation's (ICF) Core Competencies and Code of Ethics.
